WHAT IS HUMAN DESIGN?

What if you had an instruction manual to help you live your most effortless, purpose-driven life?

Human Design is called the science of differentiation. It’s a tool for self-awareness and living your purpose - a blueprint for how you’re “designed” to use your energy and express your gifts most authentically. In other words, it shows you how to work, play, communicate, make decisions, and connect with others in a way that’s most effective for you.

With just your birth date, time, and location, you can begin to experiment with uncovering even more of who you truly are - both your natural gifts and strengths, along with your potential hangups.

Human Design brings together a combination of astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah tree of life, and even the chakra system.

There are five different Types, each with their own:

  • Strategy - how you’re designed to most easily move through the world

  • Authority - how you’re designed to make decisions

  • Profile - you can think of this as your personality

When you dig even deeper, you can find guidance around what your core wounds might be, what kind of environment you’re designed to thrive within, and what your strongest “6th sense” is.

One of the things I love about Human Design is that it’s like my yoga studies - the more I learn, the more I realize how much I don’t yet know. You could study it for a lifetime and feel like you’re just scratching the surface.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t get so much out of learning only the basics. Many of my clients have come back, even months after having just one session, to tell me how life-changing experimenting with the basic elements of their Design has been.
