Hi, I’m Hannah.
I’m an equine assisted coach and yoga teacher. Combining those two passions, horses and yoga, is my sweet spot.
I love to create mindfulness experiences that take people outside their day-to-day routines and distractions, so they can practice new ways of relating to themselves and the world around them.
You can come to Northwest Arkansas and hang out with my magical, four-legged friends, or we can create some magic at your location, with your herd.
And FYI, mindfulness and coaching with horses are experiential in nature and include powerful and safe non-riding activities. So no horse experience is needed.
